Personal Safety & Social Responsibility (P.S.S.R.)
P.S.S.R. is a 1-day course and a part of the mandatory basic safety training for all seafarers assigned safety or pollution prevention duties.
Its objectives are to give basic induction training in safety procedures and accident prevention and to familiarise personnel with the employment conditions and working environment on board vessels.
After successful completion of the P.S.S.R. candidates will receive the certificate issued under the authority of the Directorate General of Shipping Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.
Age LimitAbove 18 years.
