It is the policy of United Marine Academy Trust, to impart Training, which will adhere to legislative requirements, meet National and International standards and guidance from industry codes wherever applicable. United Marine Academy Trust is committed to imparting this training in a consistent manner aiming at the satisfaction of the trainees fulfilling their Training needs.
Our Policy to achieve this aim is to provide Quality Training, which fulfills the Training needs of seafarers for Shipping industry by adopting the Guidelines of Director General of Shipping, Govt. of India
We Accomplish this task through the competent Management and Staff.
The Quality Manual of United Marine Academy Trust embraces the Quality System.
The Quality Management system Shall be monitored and reviewed regularly to ensure its effectiveness, with the latest guidelines of D.G.S. the Management of United Marine Academy Trust is committed, to impart training to meet the above.
The Management is committed to comply with above and shall endeavor for the continual improvement of Quality System. The Trust shall evaluate the feedback from the Customers and shall regularly analyze the data for continual improvement.
All Staff Members are fully aware of requirements of Quality Management System applicable to their activities. The necessary Training needs to meet these requirements is also arranged on the need based.
By adhering to Quality System we intend to provide Quality Services of Highest Standards to Shipping Industries and our Customers.
